Jim Kachidurian
President
Jim has more than 30 years of experience in providing staffing and project management services. Prior to forming JJK Consulting, he started The Kent Group Associates, Inc. (KGA), an IT contingent staffing and solutions firm in 1990. KGA quickly morphed into a consulting practice primarily servicing the pharmaceutical and insurance industries. In 2009, KGA began working in the regulatory and compliance marketplace supplying ISO auditors to SGS, a Global Certifying body. The success of the audit practice within KGA has spurned the formation and launch of JJK Consulting Inc, a regulatory and compliance consulting practice.
Jim is experienced in the areas of vendor management, business analysis, information technology, and process improvement. His client roster has ranged from mid-size companies to multi-national corporations and included such notable companies as Computer Associates, SGS and Chubb Insurance, Mattel, Chrysler, Nestle, Estee Lauder, Pfizer and Barnes & Noble. He previously worked with Jarvis Walker and helped launch Carter McKenzie, both companies focused on IT staffing. He graduated Wilkes University in 1982 with a BS in Business Administration and majors in Marketing, Management and Economics.
Luis Guzman
Advisory Board Member & Cosmetics Team Manager
Luis Guzman has more than 25 years of international experience working all across operations in manufacturing companies servicing the consumer/health care and nutritional markets. As professional in quality assurance, he developed and documented ISO9000 quality systems and procedures and deployed and validated chemical and microbiological procedures. Luis also worked in procurement and developed and contracted third-party manufacturing suppliers and introduced GMP training to third-party logistics providers. As supply chain project manager, he delivered highly complex and strategic projects, including the start-up of an automatic 30K positions warehouse with an ongoing high speed operation. He also managed the installation of a 500+ sku’s semiautomatic picking line as well. As a manufacturing manager, he was responsible for make-up and emulsions repairing, manufacturing and filling areas. Luis holds an MBA from Lehigh University and a Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Biology from Instituto Polietcnico in Mexico.
Barry Sommerville

Barry has 35 plus years servicing the Pharmaceutical industry. He has designed, deployed and managed systems supporting Distribution/Logistics and Supply Chain initiatives. Barry also has served as the Director of Business Technology development for Pfizer Global Market Logistics and delivered solutions that solved real problems in innovative ways. He as managed very successful projects in the areas of EDI/EC, Voice activated Warehouse Automation, RFID product identification and Serialized Track and Trace. Several projects managed by Barry received prestigious awards such as the HDMA-DIANA award, CIO 100 and CIO Plus 1. He is a believer in collaborative development and has served as a member of product advisory boards for companies the likes of; Sterling Commerce, Vocollect and Tracelink. J. Todd Johnston

Todd Johnston is Executive Vice President of Global Business Development for Greenfence (Note link to the Greenfence website) Todd is responsible for the development and execution of the global business development strategy for Greenfence. The company serves the food industry with a platform that enables supply chain transparency; remote auditing to compliance requirements; and a space for transacting directly. Todd joined Greenfence from SGS, where he served as the Vice President of Sales. He helped the company dramatically increase sales in North and Central in BRC Certifications, SQF Certifications, and FSSC 22000 Certifications. Prior to SGS, he was Global Business Manager for NSF, and earlier in his career he served as Assistant Vice President of Sales/ Global Scheme Manager 2nd Party Audits for BSI. Todd has over 20 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, and is a domain expert in supply chain solutions. He holds a Political Science degree from the University of Georgia.
Ellie Borges

Ellie Borges has over 20 years of experience in management positions working with Fortune 500 companies in the United States, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Colombia. She is an International Specialist in the areas of Quality, IT Service Management, Information Security and Business Continuity Management in highly regulated sectors, such as Aerospace, Telecommunications, Electro-electronics and Service Providers. Ellie founded and worked for BSI (British Standards Institution) Brazil or 6 years, where she built a qualified technical team of auditors and deployed Lead Auditor and Implementation Courses in Information Security throughout Latin American. Prior to working for BSI, Ellie worked in management and quality for Hughes Aircraft Company (now part of Raytheon Co.) and Sonatech Inc. She also previously worked in US Government Contracts, dealing with Military Standards, where she held Secret and Special Access Clearances.
